Dallas K. Mosier, Esq.
A beach loving Southern California native, I chose to stay close to home for college by attending The University of California, Irvine where I studied Political Science with an emphasis in Public Law.
I continued my education at Chapman University School of Law in Orange, where I obtained my Juris Doctor with an emphasis in Tax Law. During law school, I clerked for the Riverside District Attorney's Office where I conducted and won a full jury trial. I also helped clients with a variety of matters including drafting wills and advanced health care directives while working in the Alona Cortese Elder Law Clinic. In my final year, I assisted clients settle their disputes with the IRS and with their cases before the U.S. Tax Court in the Chapman University Low-Income Taxpayer Clinic.
As an associate of Barth Berus & Calderon, LLP I have continued to provide the innovative solutions that clients expect.
In order to provide the best possible service to my clients, I am currently pursuing a Masters of Laws in Taxation from Chapman University where I have already received the highest grade in class for both Partnerships and State & Local Taxation.
In my spare time I enjoy spending time at the beach or hiking throughout Southern California. I am also an avid cook regularly forcing my family and friends to try my creations.
