Dallas K. Mosier, Esq.
Mr. Mosier is an Associate in the firm BARTH BERUS & CALDERON, LLP. His practice is devoted to protecting individuals, families, and businesses through all stages of life. To accomplish this, he focuses his practice on Estate Planning, Business Law, Asset Protection, Tax Planning, Trust Administration, and Probate. Mr. Mosier has assisted clients in a variety of estate planning matters ranging from probate avoidance planning to advance gift and estate tax avoidance planning. Family protection planning allows Mr. Mosier's client's to provide for their loved ones with special needs, drug dependency issues, and other difficult family situations. Mr. Mosier also helps new and established business owners and entrepreneurs form new entities, plan and execute transactions such as expansion, sales and dissolution. Through Asset Protection Planning, Mr. Mosier helps individuals, families and businesses protect their hard earned wealth from creditors and predators.
A Southern California native, Mr. Mosier attended The University of California, Irvine where he studied Political Science with an emphasis in Public Law. He continued his education at Chapman University School of Law in Orange, where he obtained a Juris Doctor with an emphasis in Tax Law. Mr. Mosier also obtained a Masters of Laws (LL.M.) in Taxation from Chapman University School of Law.
